Meta再次重申将冻结招聘 未来进一步重组
新浪科技讯 北京时间9月30日消息，扎克伯格在与员工沟通时表示，在不确定的宏观经济形势下Facebook母公司Meta将会冻结招聘，进一步重组。
最近几个月，美国一些科技公司纷纷被迫裁员，因为衰退风险闪现，广告主都在削减开支。
扎克伯格告诉员工：“我本来希望经济形势到现在能更稳定一些，但从目前我们看到的来说，事实并非如此，所以我们的计划要保守一些。”
今年6月时曾有报道说，Meta将本年度准备招聘的工程师削减至少30%。
扎克伯格还强调说，Meta将会在许多团队削减预算，各团队将不得不解决人员数量变化问题。
5月份Meta已经确认将会大范围冻结招聘，但公司并没有公布具体数字。（星海）
