字节跳动升级员工关怀计划：新增每年10天家庭关爱假
9月28日，字节跳动宣布，升级员工假期及健康福利计划，新增每年10天家庭关爱假，可用于家人患病需陪护的场景。此外，员工全薪病假天数由每半年4个工作日提升为全年12个工作日，并扩展覆盖体检、接种疫苗等场景。丧假天数根据亲属关系，提升至3到5个工作日。
