B站申请转换为双重主要上市：10月3日正式生效

9月29日，港交所官网显示，
B站（哔哩哔哩）在香港联交所由第二上市转为主要上市，将于10月3日正式生效。
届时，B站将成为中国TMT（科技、媒体、通信）企业中首家完成自愿由在港二次上市转换为双重主要上市的公司。
据了解，B站于2018年3月28日在美国纳斯达克上市，而后又于2021年3月29日在香港二次上市。
在转换为双重主要上市后，B站能够在港交所吸引更多潜在投资者，提升公司股票的流动性和在资本市场的灵活性。
