铠侠发布全球首款2TB microSDXC存储卡：最快2023年量产

今日，铠侠官方宣布，
东京铠侠分公司推出业界首款2TB microSDXC存储卡原型，计划于2023年开始量产。
该内存卡采用BiCS FLASH 3D闪存和自研主控，由16个1Tb容量的3D闪存芯片堆叠而成 ，芯片安装区域的最大厚度为0.8 mm，适合大容量数据记录应用。
据介绍，随着智能手机、运动相机和便携式游戏机的数据不断增加，对超大容量的SD存储卡的需求也日益明显。虽然SDXC的规范一直支持2TB，但业界一直没能成功制造出这么大的存储卡。
值得一提的是，铠侠这张2TB存储卡对任天堂玩家十分友好， 因为Switch支持最高达2TB SDXC容量存储卡。 不过，等铠侠2TB microSDXC存储卡量产并在市场上市后，说不定新一代Switch已经发布了。
