What is happening with my contribution?
Firstly my contribution was +9 then it came to 0 and now it is showing -3 and there are constant upvotes and downvotes on my comments.
Can someone explain.....
well that's the contribution system in a nutshell
simply said, we can define contribution as:

when w is your upvote count, t is your downvote count, f is the other hidden factors that may or may not affect your contribution, and F is the blackboxed function representing the relation between w,t,f and the contribution.
point is, we don't really know. all we know is that its affected by the upvote count and the downvote count, and several other factors that we do not know of exactly and can only take a guess.
