对于温度决定性能天花板的锐龙7000,Der8auer出手了!在最近一期的视频中,他使用自己研发的工具对锐龙9 7900X进行开盖,并在随后舍弃厚重的顶盖,将其改为芯片直触的散热方式。

Der8auer将锐龙7000的高温归咎于较厚的CPU顶盖,他认为AMD为了让AM5平台获得同AM4散热器的兼容性而加厚了铜顶盖,进而影响到热量传导效率。这样一来单纯开盖并把钎焊的铟替换成液态金属所能起到的作用就比较有限。

Der8auer设计了专门的固定框架,以便锐龙7000在去掉顶盖以芯片直触方式使用时,不会因散热器不均匀的接触压力而损坏。

冒险被认为是值得的,锐龙9 7900X在使用芯片直触散热之后,手动超频成绩从5.4GHz提高到5.5GHz,CineBench R20多线程分数从11693提高到12062,从温度从90度下降到70度,峰值功率则从219.5瓦下降到187.9瓦。

风险依然存在,在研发开盖工具的过程中,一颗锐龙7 7700X壮烈牺牲。即便有改造套件出售,开盖改芯片直触对玩家动手能力仍有一定要求,只适合追求极致性能的发烧友。
