京东：耶鲁大牛李恩祐加入京东董事会

据界面新闻报道， 京东集团今天公告称，李恩祐已获委任为公司董事会独立董事及董事会薪酬委员会成员。任命立即生效。
资料显示，李恩祐从斯坦福大学法学院获得了法律博士，现任耶鲁北京中心董事总经理。
耶鲁北京中心成立于2014年10月27日，是耶鲁大学在校外建立的首个全球中心，旨在深化耶鲁大学和中国的长久合作。
作为该中心首任董事总经理，李恩祐负责联系商界、政界和学界的思想者和决策者，通过组织活动促进中国和世界的对话，并发扬耶鲁大学引领世界进步、为全球各领域培养领袖人才的宗旨。
