9月21日，猎豹移动美股盘前跌逾3%，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）指控其CEO及前总裁从事内幕交易。
SEC裁决认定猎豹移动CEO傅盛和当时的总裁在意识到其最大的广告合作伙伴的广告收入大幅下降后制定了所谓的10B5-1交易计划出售证券，猎豹移动CEO在2016年3月的财报电话会议上，对公司的收入趋势做出了重大误导性的公开声明。猎豹移动CEO傅盛和前总裁徐鸣同意执行停止令，对未来的证券交易作出承诺，并分别支付556,580美元、200,254美元的民事罚款。
