⌛ Background: I have spent the last 6 years of my career helping e-commerce companies as an advertising specialist and I know all the pains of working with analytics and Lifetime Value. Knowing how often customers buy from your store, how much they spend on each purchase, and how many days elapse between two purchases is a time-consuming analysis that requires a lot of manual effort, in addition to the fact that it is not scalable to maintain this update manually. Me and @pietro_montelatici developed Retention AI (the very-first name was Adority) as a side project. When we saw the impact it had on the beta tester marketing team, it was clear to us that we should take it to the next step.
