我国移动物联网连接数已达16.98亿户
新华社北京9月21日电（记者张辛欣）记者21日从工业和信息化部获悉，截至8月底，我国移动物联网连接数已达16.98亿户，首次超过移动电话用户数。
移动物联网是基于移动通信网络提供连接服务的物联网，广泛应用于生产制造、公共服务、个人消费等领域。近年来，各行各业加快数字化转型步伐，移动通信网络从以前主要服务“人与人”的通信，加速向主要服务“人与人”“人与物”“物与物”转变。我国移动物联网在网络能力、应用发展和产业能力等方面取得明显进展。
工业和信息化部数据显示，截至2022年8月底，窄带物联网、4G、5G基站总数分别达到75.5万个、593.7万个、210.2万个，多网协同发展、城乡普遍覆盖、重点场景深度覆盖的网络基础设施格局已形成。移动物联网深度融入经济社会发展各领域多环节，国内企业技术及产品研发能力持续增强，生态体系持续完善。
