天眼查App显示，近日，龙某与北京新东方迅程网络科技股份有限公司劳动争议一审文书公开。
文书显示，新东方迅程公司诉称，龙某作为高级技术经理无法独立负责开发项目， 在年度绩效考评中被评为“C”，龙某自评为“在同级的安排下按时按量完成”，拒绝考评结果。
原告因龙某不胜任岗位，与龙某协商解除劳动合同但一直未达成一致，最终依据员工手册规定与龙某解除劳动合同。
新东方迅程公司诉请法院判令其无需支付龙某违法解除劳动合同经济赔偿金。
