《科创板日报》20日讯，三星电子系统LSI事业部计划明年小幅度扩大28nm-45nm 12英寸OLED和DDI产能，将与台湾联电合作。三星12英寸OLED和DDI总产能预计将从今年的每月29000片增长7%，至明年的31000片一个月。 （TheElec）
