9月16日，三款iPhone 14系列机型正式发售，因为不少消费者都想拿到首批机型，iPhone 14货源供不应求，形成卖方市场。和以往一样，“黄牛”们手提现货在门前蹲守，成为瞩目的风景。
不过，首日疯抢的局面并没有维持多久。有媒体报道，9月17日，iPhone 14的市场就回归了冷静，甚至还出现了破发，14系列目前破发100-1000元不等，而当时加价收机还没有出货完毕的黄牛，直接面临亏损。
9月18日，“黄牛诉苦苹果14倒贴100元出”冲上热搜，有贩子直接表示，如果iPhone 14新机处理不及时，囤的多了一夜就是亏几万，甚至几十万。
黄牛表示，前几年一部手机赚五六千，现在敢留过夜就等着亏本。
