三星“心系天下”，是中国电信同三星每年推出的高端深度定制旗舰手机，其主要目标客户面向企业、事业单位的中高层社会精英。
从2008年开始，第一款高端旗舰手机心系天下W699问世，三星“心系天下”手机每年推出一代，开创了真正意义上的万元超高端商务手机。
今天，数码博主 @i冰宇宙 放出了W23系列的宣传图，共有两款机型，分别是三星W23和W23 Flip。
从造型来看，三星W23基于横向折叠的Galaxy Z Fold 4定制升级，而三星W23 Flip则以竖向折叠的Galaxy Z Flip 4进行定制升级。
