Crystal Report 13.0.32 for vs2022 does not define Report Engine

On one system I can see the crystal report 13.0.28 is defined ant this works after loading crystal report 13.0.32 on one of my systems but after loading the same crystal report 13.0.32 it is not defined. What is going on? I tried to just load Crystal report 13.0,28 but this does not work for Visual Studio 2022.. I am workring under Framework 4.0.
