TMO To Global (Dual SIM Bug)

I found an msmtool that let me convert from tmo to global. It is fine on OOS11 but when I update to OOS12 global, my device is turned from single to dual sim. It causes network problem. Is there any way to convert from TMO to Global and also fix the dual sim issue without root ?
