刘强东转让所持宿迁天宁、西安京东股权
新浪科技讯 9月16日晚间消息，京东健康在港交所公告，刘强东同意将于宿迁天宁持有的45%股权转让予京东集团副总裁缪钦；京东物流同日公告，刘强东同意将于西安京东持有的45%股权转让予京东集团副总裁缪钦。
京东健康公告显示，刘强东于2022年9月16日订立股权转让协议，同意将于宿迁天宁持有的45%股权转让予京东集团副总裁缪钦。根据新合同安排，宿迁天宁的新登记股东为缪钦（持有45%）、李娅云（持有30%）及张雱（持有25%）。
京东物流公告显示，刘强东于2022年9月16日订立股权转让协议，同意将于西安京东持有的45%股权转让予京东集团副总裁缪钦。根据新合同安排，西安京东的新登记股东为缪钦（持有45%）、李娅云（持有30%）及张雱（持有25%）。
