Adobe又发起“钞能力”了！
日前，
Adobe宣布以约200亿美元（约合1398亿元人民币）收购Figma，
Figma是一家开发"在线设计协作工具"的初创公司。
Adobe表示，将和Figma共同重塑创造力和生产力的未来，加速网络上的创造力，推进产品设计，并激励全球创作者、设计师和开发人员社区。
根据协议，约200亿美元的收购金额中， 约一半为现金，一半为股票。 此外，将有大约600万股额外的限制性股票单元被授予Figma的首席执行官Dylan Field和员工。
