韩国京畿道城南市拟建元宇宙城市平台，将通过 NFT 赋予公民权利
据韩联社 9 月 14 日报道，韩国京畿道城南市宣布，计划明年上半年建设“元宇宙特殊城市城南”平台，并将颁发 NFT 公民身份，公民可使用此 NFT 在该元宇宙平台上获取市政信息。该服务计划于明年 4 月完成，并于 5 月或 6 月左右开始运营。
据悉，今年 5 月，韩国首尔市已向公众开放元宇宙市政厅。
