马斯克不买不行？推特公司股东投票同意其收购提议
中新网9月14日电 据路透社报道，当地时间13日，推特公司的股东投票同意特斯拉首席执行官马斯克以440亿美元收购该公司的提议，尽管马斯克方面正试图终止这一交易。
7月8日，马斯克的律师在给推特公司首席法务官的信中说，因为推特违反了收购协议中的多项条款，马斯克将终止对该公司的收购。随后不久，推特对他提起诉讼，要求完成收购。
7月29日，马斯克的法律团队向推特公司发起私密反诉，并在提交给法院的文件中称，他被“欺骗”而签署了收购推特的协议。推特方面否认该说法。
该案预计将于10月开庭。
