碳链价值APP讯，近日，Sunlune LTD. (简称中科声龙，英文SUNLUNE）宣布顺利完成A轮融资，英特尔资本独家战略投资，融资规模数千万美元。
据悉，Sunlune LTD 是一家注册在开曼群岛，总部设于新加坡，设计运营在中国的芯片设计公司。中科声龙最早成立于2009年，长期致力于计算机系统结构的研究开发，于2018年实现升级转型，专注于存算一体高通量算力芯片的研发，2021年中科声龙第一代高通量算力芯片首次流片即一次性流片成功，至今量产晶圆已逾万片，产品及服务深受全球用户的欢迎。中科声龙基于芯片堆叠技术，在3D存算一体高通量算力芯片领域领先全球，致力于为全球用户提供一流算力、驱动Web3.0时代的新浪潮。
