9月9日，人社部会同中央网信办、交通运输部、市场监管总局、全国总工会就维护新就业形态劳动者劳动保障权益对美团、饿了么、滴滴等11家头部平台企业联合开展行政指导。会议认真学习贯彻习近平总书记重要指示批示精神，总结肯定了头部平台企业贯彻落实维护新就业形态劳动者劳动保障权益等政策取得的阶段性成效，要求平台企业进一步落实好政策要求，积极承担用工责任，切实保障好新就业形态劳动者权益。
