An iOS16 Beta is a Beta only if it has a frozen feature set.Removing or pushing back major things from a beta is generally a sign of feature creep, and not freezing your development goals early enough, since as @Roderikus
correctly points out, convention is that features should be complete by the beta stage, but may be buggy. Alpha is used for testing new features that might be completely broken/removed.
