9月12日，良品铺子发布情况说明，称关注到有关消费者投诉良品铺子月饼“塑料异物”的媒体报道，深表歉意。
良品铺子表示，在9月11日收到顾客投诉后，公司第一时间与顾客开展沟通并积极推进客诉解决。顾客对公司的解决方案表示满意，并已将产品送回购买门店以协助公司做进一步原因调查。
质检人员初步推断， 可能是馅料开袋时包装物混入导致。目前，针对此事件的专项检查正在进行。 后续，也将与该顾客同步调查结果。
据此前报道，9月11日，有女子在外卖平台购买了良品铺子的月饼，结果吃出了塑料。
