马斯克收购推特公司的协议已被终止
财经网科技9月10日讯，据新浪科技消息，特斯拉首席执行官马斯克的律师表示，由于推特公司最近与一名举报人达成协议并向其支付了775万美元，马斯克440亿美元收购推特公司的协议已被终止。
此前，马斯克曾经承诺以每股 54.20 美元的价格收购推特，总额达到 440 亿美元。但后来却以虚假帐号为由放弃收购。推特随即提出上诉，并要求马斯克提供参与其 70 多亿美元股权融资的投资者信息。但该申请遭到马斯克反对。
