索通发展：拟11.4亿元收购欣源股份94.98%股份

索通发展(603612.SH)公告，公司拟以发行股份及支付现金方式，购买佛山市欣源电子股份有限公司94.9777%股份，交易作价11.4亿元。

2022年9月9日晚间，A股公司索通发展(603612.SH)公告，公司拟以发行股份及支付现金方式，购买佛山市欣源电子股份有限公司94.9777%股份，交易作价11.4亿元;同时拟募集配套资金预计不超6.84亿元。

欣源股份主营锂离子电池负极材料产品以及薄膜电容器。此次交易完成后，公司将扩大在锂电负极领域的布局，实现“预焙阳极+锂电负极”的战略规划。
