推特向举报人支付5368万“封口费” 马斯克收购推特协议被终止

9月10日消息，据央视新闻，特斯拉首席执行官马斯克的律师表示，
由于推特公司最近与一名举报人达成协议并向其支付了775万美元，马斯克440亿美元收购推特公司的协议已被终止。
马斯克律师表示， 推特在向该公司前安全主管、举报人佩特·扎特科及其律师支付775万美元（约合5368万元人民币）前没有征得马斯克的同意， 违反了并购协议关于何时能够开展此类支付的条款。
据了解，该举报人已在今年1月被推特解雇，其在提交的一份投诉中称，推特存在的三大问题——系统和软件过时、无法抵挡外部黑客的攻击；员工权限混乱、能够随意访问用户数据、虚假账号数量检测流程存在漏洞。
马斯克曾多次强调，他之所以决定终止收购， 关键原因在于他发现推特上垃圾及虚假账户过多，而推特方面隐瞒或歪曲了这一数据。
