重型机车爱好者 光环传奇开拓者Marcus Lehto受命在西雅图创立一家新单位Ridgeline Games，为EA打造全新战地故事，为玩家带来素质可媲美友商竞品的战地单机剧情。
“能与DICE及Ripple Effect（EA LA）工作室合作，在战地故事、叙事，及角色方面冲锋在前开疆拓土，实乃无上荣耀”，Lehto称。他去年十月入职EA，曾远赴DICE斯德哥尔摩总部了解情况，交流取经，大快朵颐：
EA终于意识到各工作室应该联合起来，打造彼此互动的战地宇宙。Lehto将发挥他在创作光环1、2、3、ODST、致远星等光环游戏时积累的经验，在战地故事方面达成突破。
之前的战地创意总监Lars Gustavsson已无法适应新形势，决定离开他效力二十多年的DICE。
