比特币矿企CleanSpark同意以最高4250万美元的价格收购Mawson在乔治亚州的矿场以及矿场内的6488台矿机。CleanSpark将以2650万美元的现金、价值1100万美元的普通股、300万美元的本票以及200万美元的未来收益支付收购款。该交易预计将在年底前增加1.4 EH/s的算力，使总算力达到5.2 EH/s。CleanSpark表示预计2023年初将再增加2.4 EH/s，到明年年底将增加7.0 EH/s。（CoinDesk）
