Currently

ockam secure-channel list --node n1

We want it to be

ockam secure-channel list --at n1

So it is consistent with other secure channel commands

This should work:

ockam secure-channel list --at /node/n1

The code for the command is here
https://github.com/build-trust/ockam/blob/develop/implementations/rust/ockam/ockam_command/src/secure_channel/list.rs
