获腾讯21亿元增持后：育碧股价大跌

昨晚（9月6日），法国游戏巨头育碧发布公告确认，腾讯收购吉列莫特兄弟（Guillemot Brothers Limited）49.9%的股份及5%的投票权，这笔投资高达3亿欧元（约合21亿元人民币），包括2亿欧元的股份收购和1亿欧元的增资。
吉列莫特兄弟是育碧的控股股东（15%），此次增持后，腾讯将其在育碧的直接持股比例从4.5%提高到9.99%。
外界注意到，腾讯在5年内不能出售其在育碧的股份，腾讯还承诺本次交易后的8年内，不能增加将其对育碧的直接持股，其持股比例保持9.99%不变。
另外，腾讯将不会在育碧董事会中派驻代表，也不会获得对其业务的否决权。
