传言中的Apple Watch Pro没有到来，取而代之的是Apple Watch Ultra。
用料方面，表壳采用航空级钛金属材质，蓝宝石玻璃盘面。
外形设计上也与AW8/SE 2区别开来， 左侧增加了新的操作按钮，表冠凹槽更突出，多了第二个扬声器，3麦克风，表径也是迄今最大的49mm，还配了更亮的显示屏（2000尼特），支持夜间模式等。
