Most crowdfunding companies make money from a listing fee. They put a commission on their offerings. This way, incentives are not aligned with their investors as their only focus is to fund more and more properties. Therefore, the quality of these assets tends to be poor. At Proptee, we don't charge a listing fee. We make money from trade commissions and income from the monthly rent, we're aligned with our investors.
