育碧董事会授权腾讯将持股比例翻倍至9.99%
北京时间9月6日晚间消息，育碧董事会授权腾讯将直接持股比例翻倍至9.99%。腾讯将向育碧的控股公司Guillemot Brothers Ltd。投资3亿欧元（含2亿欧元股票购买和1亿欧元增资），意味着对育碧的估值为每股80欧元（9月6日收报43.50欧元）。腾讯将收购Guillemot 49.9%的股权。育碧欧股盘后飙涨15%。
此前有报道称，腾讯正计划增持其在法国游戏集团育碧的股份，并寻求成为育碧的最大股东。消息人士称，腾讯已与育碧创始人吉耶莫特（Guillemot）家族取得联系，并表达了增持育碧股份的兴趣。消息传出后，育碧股价曾一度飙升21%。
2018年时，腾讯已经收购了育碧5%的股份。育碧是全球热门游戏《刺客信条》、《波斯王子》、《彩虹六号》等的开发商。
