永兴材料：与宁德时代终止合资经营协议
永兴材料(002756.SZ)公告，因项目筹建过程中实际出现和面临的新情况，双方协商终止《合资经营协议》，双方将根据实际情况寻求其他合作方式。
2022年9月5日晚间，A股公司永兴材料(002756.SZ)公告，此前公司与宁德时代签署《合资经营协议》，双方将成立合资公司投资建设年产5万吨碳酸锂项目及在公司碳酸锂产品方面开展合作。
现因项目筹建过程中实际出现和面临的新情况，双方协商终止《合资经营协议》，双方将根据实际情况寻求其他合作方式。
截至本公告披露日，合资公司尚未开展实际生产及业务经营。本次交易不会对公司正常生产经营产生影响，不存在损害公司股东利益的情形。
