After years of using a note on my phone to keep track of my gym sessions, I'd had enough. I decided to look around for an app that would do what I needed, but unfortunately nothing seemed to quite do it. Some got close but required in app purchases to add custom exercises or customise it to the level I needed.
I decided to build my own solution. I've been using Stryde myself for about a month now and I'm loving it. Having the app time my rests for me means no more staring at the clock, and I no longer lose track of how many sets I've done 😅
The app is totally free with no ads or in app purchases. Please give it a go and let me know what you think, I hope you like it!
