Just follow the steps in the first post and you will have no problems. I used the latest TWRP and formatted my data partition F2FS.

Do not understand a little bit. The system can work with both f2fs and ext4. Which one to choose so that later versions can be updated without installing from scratch? So-called OTA updates. I read about the difference between the partitions, but I heard that those who change to f2fs have strange problems - bootloop, not loading the firmware, and so on. At the ext4 itself, and everything works fine.

OTA has nothing to do with installing "from scratch" (clean flash is the proper term). If you want to avoid clean flashing when upgrading from 12 or 12.1 to 13, you simply go to recovery, then wipe both Dalvik Cache and Cache, then flash ROM > DFE (if you're unencrypted) > Magisk (if you're rooted). The ROM should boot without issue. Some settings have been reset, including mobile data limit so make sure to redo that one.

After you're on Android 13, future updates don't require wiping Dalvik Cache and Cache, simply flashing the ROM > DFE (if unencrypted) > Magisk (if rooted) is all that's needed just like updates in previous Android versions of the ROM.
