日本的电子科技远比多数国家要发达，数十年前就开始用电脑办公，然而日本人的固守成规现在也给他们带来了麻烦，迄今依然有大量工作需要使用软盘及光盘，现在日本数字化大臣终于表态要淘汰这些过时设备。
日本数字化大臣河野洋平日前表示，经过调查， 日本政府部门现在有1900多项行政程序都会要求企业及个人用软盘、CD、MD等存储设备提交申请表格。
问题是这些产品现在已经很难买到，他希望能淘汰这些过时的设备。
不过日本要想实现更便捷的电子化办公也不是容易的事，因为淘汰这些设备需要修改法律条文，
日本官方表示今年底会制定政策，并要求各部门开始采取行动。
