我一直是六七点就醒的人，前段时间沙棘火了我也跟风买了点，喝了几天发现这三四天都八点多了还睡得死死的都是被我爸妈叫醒的，难道是沙棘的功效？
除了熬夜不爱动，平时还是比较养生的（：，泡脚敷面膜，燕麦早餐啥的
大家还有其他对身体好的东西分享分享，我肝脏胃啥的估计都有点问题，躺着老感觉肚子胀胀的……
