途虎养车更新赴港IPO招股书：2021年营收117.2亿元 腾讯为最大外部股东
新浪科技讯 8月29日下午消息，据港交所文件，途虎养车提交上市申请书，联合保荐人包括高盛、瑞银、中金、B of A Securities。
招股书显示，途虎养车2019年-2021年营收分别为70亿元、88亿元、117.2亿元；截至2022年6月30日，其收入为54.7亿元；现金及银行结余为49亿元。
2019年、2020年及2021年以及截至2021年及2022年6月30日止六个月分别确认可转换可赎回优先股公允价值亏损19亿元、30亿元、44亿元、25亿元及406.2百万元
截至2019年、2020年、2021年全年以及2021年、2022年上半年，途虎养车毛利分別为5.23亿元、10.8亿元、18.7亿元及8.1亿元、9.97亿元。毛利率为7.4%、12.3%、16%、14.8%以及18.2%。
招股书显示，腾讯持股超21%，为最大外部股东；意向架构持股20.29%，愉悦资本持股9.85%，红杉中国持股5.49%，方源资本持股5.98%。
董事会方面，途虎养车的执行董事为公司CEO陈敏、胡晓东；非执行董事为姚磊文，独立非执行董事为颜惠萍女士、奉玮、王静波。
