如何组装个人服务器或者直接购买成品?

首先我不甚了解硬件方面的知识, 想要找一种低功耗的个人服务器方案
一台功耗低的服务器(或者个人电脑?)去跑一些服务, 挂载硬盘之类的
可能需要装虚拟机
初步看了下淘宝上卖的 n5105 软路由, 但是内存最高只能到 16g(应该也够用了, 担心需要装虚拟机时不太够用), 功耗的确是非常低 10~15w
希望有一种具有更好的拓展性且功耗低的方案

具体需求:
1. 跑一些 Java 程序(内存占用大), 大头主要都在这些服务上, 因为这些服务其实只在开发时使用, 但是考虑到现在用的电脑(mac air m1 16g)内存有些不足, 所以考虑放到服务器上运行 (多少有些为了消费而消费的感觉)
2. 分割虚拟机
3. 一些小服务(内存占用不大)
