如下图所示：
手机连上可以上网，电脑也能连上，在终端里也能 ping 通，但是网页打不开。
最近网络很离谱， 前天是手机连上 Wi-Fi 上不了网，mac 和 ipad 可以连上，过几分钟就会断掉，一会儿又会好，反反复复。 今天是手机可以，mac 和 ipad 都不行了（可以连上，就是上不了网）
在宿舍里一切网络正常。
