直连光猫无法上网

房东说是给了 300M 的宽带，但是路由器到光猫之间只有 100M 速率，所以想着直连光猫上网，而且有有公网 ip ，用起来会舒服点。
看光猫后台应该路由模式，但是笔记本直连光猫之后始终没办法自动获取 ip ，通过设置静态 ip 之后，可以 ping 通光猫网关，也可以进入光猫管理页，但是 ping 外网任何地址都 ping 不通，房东的路由器连的光猫就没有问题，但不知道路由器管理密码，没办法进路由器看。有 v 友知道这是什么原因吗，光猫华为 8040H6 ，天威宽带
