怎么在放烟花的时候大叫？

标题可能有些奇怪。
最近去乡下放了烟花，有小朋友有大人。很久没放烟花了，很开心。想着要尖叫着和奔跑起来。但好像又有什么东西在阻挡自己，结果就是“保持克制”在放烟花。
可能跟性格有关系，但我觉得自己不算特别话少和内向。
最后想到，这可能跟社会规范有关。意识里对自我的社会角色已经根深蒂固了，即使周边是毫无相干的人，也不能释放自我，必须“保持行为得体，符合大人的形象”。
有点沮丧，就感觉像是丧失一种快乐。怎么唤回这种能力？
