SAC Planning - Source model data deletion after send data via Data Action

I'm need to send info cross-model via Data Action and after that delete all the data from source SAC model.

Can anyone help me with this? I know it must be a simple configuration or few code lines.

Thank you in advance.

Hi there,

If you look here: https://help.sap.com/doc/a2c49c40bbe549ef9c291537aa561430/release/en-US/index.html#DELETE

You can see how to use the DELETE function which can be used to clear data after you've run a cross model copy data action step.

Hi edwin romero,

One additional remark, data action only process data in the 'Target' model, which means you can't achieve copy (from source) and delete (data in source) in same data action. So you need one data action to copy and a second data action to delete, but you can put both into one Multi-action, and trigger the multi-action from story instead of data action.

Best regards, William

Delete does not drop the data, but only clears the facts, your dimensions will still be in the source model.
