Infosys joins Wipro and TCS in cutting variable pay for employees owing to margin pressure

- Infosys in an email to employees has said the average variable payout will be 70% in the June quarter.
- The margin impact in the current quarter has reflected on the performance bonus this cycle. Infosys’s operating margin was 20% in the June quarter, a fall of 1.6 percentage points sequentially, and 3.7 percentage points year-on-year.
