此前，微软就曾表示，如果用户不购买Microsoft 365订阅服务，将在移动端的Outlook中看到更多广告。
现在，
微软确实开始向Outlook提供更大量的广告内容，并且连邮箱页面都没有放过。
据用户反馈，此前微软只会在免费用户的“其他”选项卡中投放广告，对用户的影响相对较低，但现在，在其他页面也会出现广告。
同时， 这些广告在显示上与Outlook的电子邮件极为相似，用户除了右侧的“Ad”标识外难以将其与其他邮件进行区分 ，这显然会增加用户误触广告的几率。
