从MacRumors的报道来看，台积电将于2022年9月至年底这段时间内开始为苹果生产3nm制程的芯片。
据了解，M2 Pro芯片可能是第一个使用台积电先进3nm工艺的芯片，苹果很有可能在接下来14英寸和16英寸的MacBook Pro以及Mac mini上使用该芯片。
除了上述产品，苹果用于明年iPhone 15 Pro机型的A17仿生芯片、下一代MacBook Air和13英寸MacBook Pro机型M3芯片也将基于台积电的3nm工艺制造。
