不要用网易邮箱给国外邮箱地址发邮件了，差点误了大事

昨天给国外客户的 outlook 邮箱转发了一封邮件，客户那边没收到，提醒去垃圾邮件里面查找，也没有找到，我这边显示已经发送成功。
本来按前面约定是要在 COB of this week 给客户的，客户那边快下班的时候打电话过来问为什么还没发，重新发送了还是没收到，后来才发现是网易的问题，手动复制内容和附件到我的 outlook 邮箱再转过去就收到了。差点误了大事。
上午又测了 QQ 和 Outlook 互发，aliyun 和 Outlook 互发都没有问题，几乎都是秒到。然后又拿我自己的网易邮箱给自己的 Outlook 邮箱发信，还是显示发送成功但死活收不到，不知道是网易这边自己的邮件过滤系统挂了，还是 Outlook 那边拒收网易的邮件，以前是可以互发的。
