Giztop is an excellent company. I have purchased several phones from them over the years, but with my Mi 11 Ultra, it required service. Being here in the US, I figured I was now the proud owner of an expensive paperweight. However, I contacted Giztop and asked them what should I do and did they know anything to fix my problem. They told me to RMA the phone, along with original sales receipt and packaging to mainland China (a Shenzhen address), I sent it to the address and there were some customs issue upon arrival in China. BTW, Giztop is actually in Hong Kong. Anyhow, they got word from their representative in mainland China that it couldn't be repaired, so they sent me a brand new Mi 11 Ultra. They sent it to me via DHL. It took a couple of days for DHL to pick the device up, but once they did, it only took five days before the phone was in my hands, here in San Diego, Ca.

I am writing this to help you and everyone who is interested in the future:
I have bought many Xiaomi devices from Giztop and I am very pleased with their service:
on 3/30/21 I have purchased Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra (top specs version)
on 9/19/21 I have purchased Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro 5g (top specs version)
on 10/11/21 I have purchased Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold (12gb/512gb version)
on 12/8/21 I have purchased Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra again (top specs version)

okay so why did I buy the mi 11 twice? I was very disappointed by the mix fold's camera performance and the many issues regarding miui china rom on that device (it is a very expensive device and barely has any updated if you are reading this and considering it and don't live in china, DON'T BUY IT, get a Z fold 3 instead, the miui on mix fold is horrible for outside of china), so I got the mi 11 ultra from giztop again, sorry for the rant,

now as for giztop themselves, the shop is great, I have only ordered with express shipping as I wanted to have a very secure packaging of the devices and I wanted them fast, the first shipping does take time, and I found the best way to speed this up is by daily messaging them and that makes them prepare it faster (I don't like nagging but this is how it gets sped up), also they don't answer emails over weekends so don't expect a reply if you left a message on a Thursday till Monday (they will reply only by Monday),
but they have great customer support and very friendly staff, I highly recommend them for their awesome service, I will buy the Xiaomi 12 Ultra when it is available from them

Packaging and service has always been top notch and I highly recommend them. There is a language barrier that can lead to misunerstandings, but if you have done your homework on your device and don't need to ask a lot of questions, like "which bands does it work with in the US" or something like that, you won't have any issue.

It depends, as shipping costs constantly change, such as region you're shipping from current market rates and who the shipper is. I used DHL and they shipped the device back to me via DHL at no cost. Most likely, it's going to be somewhat expensive, considering today's shopping issues, but it will still be way cheaper than owning a very expensive paperweight.

I know that shipping costs vary but I was interested in how much it cost you specifically

And depending on your location and shipper used, it can be anywhere from $50 to $180. I personally paid $58.

I'm curious what issue you had with your Mi 11 Ultra.
My phone was great for the 4 or so days I was initially using it. Overnight while plugged in, it showed the Fast charging symbol, but by the morning, it stopped recognizing USB cable or charging when plugged into USB type C and had the same % as when I plugged it in.

That day, I let them know of the issue and I charged it with the wireless charger no problem to about 80%. They offered to offer me some discount due to the USB issue and also offered warranty repair.

Then that day, it rebooted two or three times in my pocket -- I was wondering why I needed to input my PIN number when not using my phone. I didn't even use up the battery, and it rebooted to bricked state. I cannot power it on using any method (power, USB cable holding power down, power and volume up/down) .

They asked me to start RMA, factory reset it, and return via DHL, Fedex, etc, but when I went to DHL, they have a policy that refuses to touch phones that will not power on (they assume it is a Lithium Battery issue instead of something else). I also cannot factory reset it before sending it off, due to the power button not working and am concerned about having to change 25+ passwords.

The phone has NO physical damage whatsoever (no bulge, no drop, no water, no dust) and I feel like I am stuck. I don't really know what to do guys. Local shops don't have any of the Mi 11 parts to even consider trying a local repair at my cost.

Part of me thinks that Giztop was selling refurbished Mi 11 Ultras with Chinese rom for this kind of discount, and I got a lemon.

I was quoted 151 usd (20%) discounted price from DHL back to them. I have no faith in the phone, especially not an opened / repaired one as they basically lose IP68 rating.
